A Mindful Outdoor Experience (MOE) is a guided mindfulness practice that invites you to reconnect with nature, engage with the human and ecological history of the land we inhabit, and nurture your own sustainability. You may have heard the term “forest bathing” or “shinrin yoku” to describe this practice.

Through this intentional time in the outdoors, we can begin reconnecting to our senses to bring us closer to our environment. Each Mindful Outdoor Experience is uniquely designed for the ecosystems and communities we partner with.
