Mindfully observe the nocturnal world waking up below the stars
Nobody will be turned away for a lack of funds. Please reach out to Davinica at davinica@kaneel.me with a cost that feels accessible to you, even if that answer is $0!
Join us for a dreamy moonlit meditation at the Plant Food Farm in Falmouth, ME.
Immerse yourself in the serenity of the summer evening through guided meditation. As the sun sets, we’ll mindfully observe the nocturnal world waking up below the stars. Together, we’ll keenly watch for the pulsing light of fireflies in the field and quietly listen to the croaks, chirps, hoots, and howls echoing from the woods surrounding us.
From the zucchini blossoms closing to the evening pollinators arriving, the farm is full of subtle transformations at night. By aligning ourselves with the natural rhythms of the plants, we can develop a deeper appreciation for the land we inhabit and the food on our table.
After the meditation, you’re invited to stay and gather around a community campfire.
No prior meditation experience is necessary; all are welcome!
Plant Food Farm CSA members will receive a 10% discount! Ask Mike for the code.
