Wildflower Walking Meditation
The Children’s Garden in Fort Williams Park was designed to engage curious minds and quiet contemplation. A guided walking meditation will help you connect to your inner child while you explore a meadow-inspired garden alive with native wildflowers and pollinating insects; a small pond promising frogs and dragonflies; water flowing through a series of cascades.
Early Morning Meditation
In this quiet, self-guided practice, you can start your morning with a sense of calm and clarity. We’ll gather in the Cliffside area of Fort Willams Park to nestle into the earth, feel the ocean breeze, and listen to the waves crashing against the rocks below.
Shabbat Nature Meditation
Everyone is welcome to join this mindful practice, where we’ll celebrate the holiday of Shabbat, and deepen our relationship to ourselves and the land we inhabit. After some guided breathing and gentle movement, we'll amble along the trail, enjoying the gift of rest during Shabbat and starting to awaken our senses in preparation for Havdalah.
Slow Leaf Peeping Course
This 8-week, in-person course is a place to cultivate a depeer relationship with the change of seasons and the land you inhabit. Supported by guided mindfulness meditations, environmental education, and community connection, you’ll sit with “your” tree through its autumnal shifts and transition into winter.

The Portland Food Co-op prides itself in supporting over 200 local Maine farmers and producers. But what does eating local really mean? Join us at Frith Farm to meet owner Daniel Mays and his dedicated team and learn how they steward the land to grow the food that ends up on your plate.

During this guided meditation, we'll connect with our dipping practices and explore rest and slowness as a form of queer liberation. After some guided breathing and gentle movement, we'll ground into our surroundings, and wade into the water together. You don't need any previous meditation experience, all are welcome!

Celebrate the beginning signs of life re-emerging during a mindful walk through the farm and surrounding forest. Here you'll meditate among the blooming trees, awaken your senses to the natural world, and snuggle with baby goats during our community sharing circle.
